Bonjour Claude! Personally I can't see what the riddle will be, well, you know why. Anyway, I really have no clue. I'm sure that Flutterby and Rosey are now thinking about a solution for this riddle. This way Birgit can have some rest hahaha ;O! Good luck, little bears!! Here, in The Netherlands, the feast of Sinterklaas/Saint Nicholas is celebrated on the 5th of December, so it's today in the evening ;). I do hope I've been a good girl, otherwise.......;O! Bon journée à toi et bonne pause. Bisous, Ilona
thank you Ilona! The Saint-Nicolas has lost its imporance in favor of Christmas, too bad, it was a nice party, and small I did not know Santa Claus ;-) bonne journée bisous
Oh my... this caused some eyesweat over here... Fluby, Rosey and myself being always just the voice from the background (*grin*) would like to thank you for dedicating this very special riddle to my furry companions. Fluby and Rosey feel so honored, believe it or not... for a few moments they even forgot to quarrel! (yeah!) Oh, I really love this time of the year when mentioning Santa's Golden Book makes my bearies remind themselves of something called behaving nice... You've transformed this saying very well, we have the same saying in German - but I must say... I agree with you, I too still believe in Santa... or let's better say in what he stands for... let's remind ourselves that Santa Claus comes from St. Nicolas, the bishop of ancient Myra who was extremely generous and helping the poor. Believing in this can never be wrong... and believing in Santa's Golden Book can't be wrong either... at least if you're living with BiWuBearies in the house... *LOL* Have a great time!
Thanks Birgit and Fluby and Rosey, I'm touched! Santa Claus is for me a commercial adventure (it's always nice to receive gifts :-)) while Saint-Nicolas embodies the moral values that marked my childhood and I'm always attached! I hope that St. Nicholas rewarded Fluby and Rosey for their efforts, they both distribute so much joy! warm hugs
Happy Saint Nicholas Day to you too Claude! Enjoy the Holiday! We do not really celebrate it over here.... (Christmas and Santa Claus have the dominance) but some of us are aware of what the day is and "Believe" in our Hearts that we should be generous and loving every day! Thank you for the reminder too!
thank you Daydreamer! Here too Christmas is the feast dominant but I find it too commercial for my taste! I prefer the moral values of Saint-Nicolas happy festive preparation! hugs
alors là je sèche ;)
