Sounds like a good read Claude, I'll be looking for it as I'm shopping for books
RépondreSupprimer"The Pillars of the Earth" is I believe the best known of the trilogy books, but the 3 books are good. This third book covers the advent of the reign of Elisabeth Tudor

Although I'm late and the riddle is already revealed I've enjoyed it very much. Thank you for introducing this to us, it sounds very interesting. Nevertheless I have to admit that when I only saw your riddle's picture without reading the information you gave I thought "I got it! It's "Maria Stuart" by Schiller!" *LOL*
